3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES We offer a variety of Mexican candies, traditional piñatas, and custom-made piñatas for local pickup. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. CUSTOM PIÑATA ORDERS We specialize in custom, handcrafted piñatas. To request a custom piñata, you must fill out the inquiry form on our website.

  • Lead Time: All custom orders require a minimum of a two-week lead-time before the requested need-by date.

  • Quotes: All custom orders require a price quote. The price is dependent on the size, complexity, and materials of the design. A quote is not an order until payment is made.

  • Final Sale: All custom-made and personalized piñatas are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENTS All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. Payment must be successfully processed before any order is prepared for pickup.

6. LOCAL PICKUP & LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY At this time, Fiesta Candy Store does not offer shipping. All orders placed through www.fiestacandystore.com are for local pickup and local delivery only.

  • Pickup Location: Orders must be picked up at our physical store located at 1516 Atlanta Hwy, Suite A, Gainesville, Georgia.

  • Pickup Time: You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Our pickup hours are Tuesday – Friday: 11:00AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for picking up your order promptly. Orders not picked up within 30 days of notification will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for a refund.

  • Local Delivery: Orders will be delivered the same day from 12:00PM to 5:00 PM within our business days.

7. RETURN & REFUND POLICY Our rules and procedures for returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Please review our Return Policy Page for detailed information. Please note that all food items (candy) and custom piñatas are final sale.
