1. Return Window

 

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the original pickup date. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

2. Policy for Piñatas

 

  • Standard Piñatas: We accept returns of standard, non-custom piñatas if they are new, unused, and undamaged condition..

  • Custom Piñatas: All custom-made and personalized piñatas are crafted specifically for you. Therefore, custom piñatas are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. We encourage you to review all custom order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

 

3. Policy for Candy and Food Items

 

For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of candy and other food items if they are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Any candy that has been opened or has a broken seal cannot be returned.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

In addition to custom piñatas and opened candy, the following items are also considered final sale:

  • Balloons

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

 

5. How to Make a Return

 

 Since all our online sales are for local pickup and local delivery, returns must be brought back to our physical store in Gainesville.

  1. Please ensure your item is eligible for return according to the policies above.

  2. Bring the item along with your receipt or proof of purchase to our store within the 14-day return window.

  3. Our team will inspect the item to confirm its condition.

 

6. Refunds and Exchanges

 

Once your return is approved:

  • You can choose to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Alternatively, you can exchange the item for another product of equal value in our store.

Refunds are typically processed immediately in-store, but may take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
